Winter’s here! Good Hope FM’s annual initiative to help Keep Cape Town Warm is back. Realising many people are destitute in the freezing cold, this campaign encourages Capetonians to help the city’s needy keep cozy this winter.
Cape Town residents can participate in this initiative by donating blankets, clothes and non-perishable foods, giving hope of a more bearable winter to the less fortunate. All donations can be dropped off at the SABC studios. Outside broadcasts will be held and donations can be made there too. The annual Good Hope FM Keep Cape Town Warm campaign runs until the end of June 2014.
Donations can be dropped off at the SABC building, 209 Beach Road in Sea Point or Community Chest office, 82 Bree Street.
For more information about outside broadcasts visit Good Hope FM.
