There’s a midweek delight coming your way! The newly renovated suave Cape Town Club is hosting an evening of live music by blues guitarist Albert Frost accompanied by a delicious three-course meal.
Albert Frost started playing the guitar at a very young age and is now dubbed South Africa’s best blues guitarist. He’s wowed crowds and collaborated with the likes of Arno Carstens, Karen Zoid, Vusi Mahlasela and others. He has opened stages for international bands like The Rolling Stones and REM. His solo performances now include the loop pedal, which brings an entirely new dynamic to his music. And coupled with a well put together meal, what could be better?
The three-course menu includes a deliciously slow cooked pork belly with spicy potato salad and sweet potato crisps, along with line fish, potato croquette, asparagus, sugar snap peas and tomato puree served with a lemon butter emulsion. And if that isn’t enough to tantalise your taste buds, an Eton mess with meringue, Chantilly cream, ice cream, mixed berry coulis and fresh strawberries for dessert.
If an amazing venue filled with blues rock and good food is your thing, then be sure not to miss this event.
