This second-hand treasure was originally a dressing table with swivel mirrors fitted on top, but a lack of height and leg room made it impractical.

So, the mirrors were removed and the top was sanded and then spray-painted in a high-gloss turquoise (Dulux Mexican Mint 5).

The bottom drawer was replaced with a drop-down panel to house a DVD player and the drawers fit DVDs perfectly so this piece can double up as a plasma TV stand.
