Without a doubt George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin nuptials were the wedding of the year, so we expect nothing less from the ultra-famous couple than a sensational home!

The choice? According to Variety.com the couple have bought an English manor on a private island on the River Thames. Yes, apparently there are private islands on the river, which suits Almal just fine as she works as a lawyer in London. Although the exact value of the property has not been released, it is estimated to be worth a whopping $12 million and boasts 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and sits on a 5.5-acre garden. What more could one need?
