These standard built-in melamine cupboards were simply painted white, after which black borders were painted on the doors to create ‘panels’.
Here’s How You Do It
1 Prime the surface with a multi-surface primer (the homeowner used Plascon).
2 Apply two coats of Plascon’s Kitchen and Bathrooms in white with a sponge roller.
3 To create the black panels, demarcate the edges with masking tape (the width depends on you) and apply Plascon Enamel Doors & Trims in black; this will create the sheen you see on the black panels.
4 Remove the masking tape once the paint is dry.
