A pro tip to lengthen your lashes

Lashes are the best way to put some life back into your face if you’re short on time.

Even if you lack the time and energy to do up the rest of your face, by applying a few quick coats of mascara (in rapid-fire succession to ensure there’s no clumping) you will get a flirtier, more finished look.

‘My favourite trick for adding eye-catching length is to use mascara with a wand that’s shaped like a mini comb, which stretches your lashes as it lays down the colour,’ says Andie Markoe-Byrne, a make-up artist.

Try mascara specifically for your eye colour, instead of just regular black, to flatter and brighten your peepers.
