Sea salt scrub
In a pestle and mortar or a food processor, blend together 2 tablespoons of sea salt, 3 teaspoons grated ginger, the finely grated the peel of 1 lime, 6 slices chopped cucumber and 15 ml almond oil.
Green tea scrub
This scrub is gentle enough for use on delicate areas of the body like the décolletage and bust. Mix together 2 tablespoons green tea leaves, 1 tablespoon uncooked brown rice (with the husks left on), 1 teaspoon honey and 15 ml sweet almond oil.
Nourishing body oil
Decant the following ingredients into a glass bottle:
50 ml jojoba oil
30 ml almond oil
15 ml apricot kernel oil
5 ml wheatgerm oil
18 drops ylang-ylang essential oil
10 drops sweet orange oil
6 drops lavender essential oil
Apply sparingly after a bath or shower.
Circulation-boosting body oil
Decant the following ingredients into a glass bottle:
50 ml peach kernel oil
10 drops geranium essential oil
4 drops lavender essential oil
4 drops sandalwood essential oil
2 drops lemongrass essential oil
