Old Door, New Décor

A space saver plus a hanging feature for your beautiful items

Use an old door as an interesting décor item.

First drill holes for the door knobs then sand away any flaky paint and wash the door with a sugar-soap solution.

Apply an undercoat if necessary, then paint the door in the colour of your choice. We used Plascon Enamel for doors and trims in Noble Blue B1-B1-2.

When the paint is dry, screw in decorative door knobs. Now you have the ideal hanging space for your beads, scarves and jewellery.
