Miniature Apples

It looks decadent enough to eat - but cold porcelain is only for show

You Will Need

kebab stick
sharp knife
apple stalks or little twigs

To Make
1 Roll a few balls of dough in the palms of your hands until they are the size and shape you would like for your apples.

2 Use the kebab stick to make a hole in the top of each apple.

3 Cut a leaf out of a piece of rolled out dough. Use the tip of the knife to draw veins on the leaf. Press the leaf into the hole, together with an apple stalk or twig. Set aside to dry.

4 Arrange a few apples together as a decorative element or use them on your dining table to keep name cards in place.

Did You Know?
Cold porcelain is often used to make cake decorations. It has the same texture and appearance as fondant, which is used to ice and decorate cakes. The only difference is that you can’t eat cold porcelain.
