You Will Need

• book with paper doll and doll clothes stickers (we used two)
• self-adhesive magnetic sheets
• craft knife and cutting mat
• scissors
• pretty tin
• magnetic board (optional)

To Make
1 Remove the plastic layer from the magnetic sheet and stick the paper doll and her clothes firmly on to it. Try to place them so you don’t waste the magnetic sheet.
NOTE If you can’t find self-adhesive magnetic sheets, you can use the ordinary ones, but they don’t adhere as well. Make sure that you stick the stickers to the correct side.

2 Cut the shapes out as far as possible with your scissors. If it’s tricky around the finer details you can cut the shape out roughly and then cut the detail with your craft knife.

3 Pack the doll and her clothes into a tin or place on a magnetic board, if you prefer.

TIP A baking tray makes a good surface for playing with the magnetic doll.
