You will need
• glass bottle
• pictures of your choice
• undercoat for spray paint
• white spray paint
• modge podge
• sponge brush
• varnish
• masking tape
• sharp scissors

 

 

 

 

 

1 Wash the bottle to remove dirt and grease. Tape the bottle neck and opening with masking tape.

2 Spray the bottle with undercoat. Allow to dry properly before you apply the white spray paint. Spray on several layers until the white is completely solid, allowing the paint to dry between layers.

3 Cut out the parts of the pictures that you are using to decoupage the bottle.

4 Apply modge podge to the bottle with your sponge brush and stick on the pictures. Paint modge podge over the top as you progress. Complete the bottle and seal with a suitable varnish.

TIP
Spray paint the bottle cap in a matching colour to finish off the gift.
