• 4 chicken breast fillets
• 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 3 tbsp runny honey
• 1 cup breadcrumbs, preferably home-made
1 Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
2 Mix together the mustard and honey and smear on top of each chicken breast fillet.
3 Press the mustard-coated side of the chicken into the breadcrumbs and place crumb-side up on a baking sheet.
4 Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
